This is the best weather we've had all year. Not hard though considering we had a half decent week in June then nothing until now.

It’s all over, temp in my living room has dropped down to 29c. It’s peaked, all down from here. Tomorrow’s forecast is 25c max so summer is now over.
Took me a couple of days to acclimatise too. That's why I think I'd be fine in a hot country. Once I've gotten used to it, it's great
Mine was 33 when I left earlier , just need to survive 1-2 days more

Our indoor temps peaked at 27. So it hasn't felt warm at all.
Had bought an air-con unit for my garden office but due to a pants July and August I never actually installed it.
Decided today to chuck it in the living room and put the house out the window (no kit but using a black out blind to try and stop some of the warm air coming in) and it's bought the living room down to 24c. It's not rated for an open plan living, dining and kitchen so happy with the result and just sitting in front of it makes a huge difference.

Considering my main bedroom is North facing, I've no idea if I'm winning at the insolation scores or losing!
Sun batters the walls and roof till around 6pm from sun rise and walls retaining the heat through the night

Just sitting in my garden. Absolute bliss, not a breath of wind and not too hot. Going to miss this. Loved this year for weather.
Currently 24.3C in our lounge which is the coolest room in the house. 27/28 last night in the first floor bedrooms but it’s the humidity that’s the killer. Would love to get air con for the few days of the year it’s hot, I find these temperatures difficult to sleep in but enjoy it otherwise
Its what I do and people who come to my house comment on how cooler it is inside
I find that at night time, it cools down a lot and I have no issues sleeping with the windows open and the temp is around 24 degrees. Humidity is around 50 when I to bed at around 10pm.
Made it to 32 with us, didn't feel too different to that horrendous day last year when it hit 39 or 40 in yorkshire, some people saying its the best weather all year, I use the opposite description and see it as the worse weather all year though. Wonder if it broke the hottest september day ever recorded.
