35° outside / 22° inside right now.
I really want to move to Scotland! lol, what are the midges like around the time of year / June? When are they at their worst ?
Jesus. Celsius?!45.5 in my gym currently.
I've just been recovering from the dog walk and just starting to feel a bit more comfortable and now the sun's coming in the living room windows and heating that room up. I think I'll have a cold lager for dinnerJust spent 30 minutes on the treadmill which probably wasn't my best idea but now having an ice cold (0%) beer to make up for it.![]()

Nearly had one when I opened the car door for the first time just now, 30.2°C in the shade at the moment. Even the wind is boiling.46 degrees in the greenhouse.
Nearly had a stroke when I opened the door.
I'm sorry but it's just too hot for a Bank Holiday Monday in the UK. Who do I complain to?
There are also new types of heatpump which heat in winter and cool in summer like air conditioners and yes they are eligible for the £7500 government grant. It's time to start redesigning UK houses so theyre not ovens in summer.
