as much as i'd like to be a selfish git and ask for a redraw, if its going to someone with a no-show secret santa then im happy with that

however, if RobH's present turns up late in the post its back to selfish git mode :p

I think it should be drawn again. Not solely because the post that won was invalid, but also because posts 1 and 307 were counted, neither of which were valid. If the three invalid posts weren't in the draw, then the outcome may have been different.

If people are this hung up on the fact that I won it, and am donating it to a good cause, then sod it. I'll post a competition tomorrow if I get time. For 4gb of ripjaws cas7. Hope that is acceptable.

Honestly, you'd think that some people would want to get into the festive spirit of giving.
 
Is that directed at me, Shayper? The OP is being charitable himself by giving it to anybody, however he decides who to give it to is fine by me, he's being selfless by offering it out in the first place. :) Though in principle I'd prefer another draw, whether I'm in the draw or not, since it was not executed as it was stated in the OP. ;)

does it really matter who it goes to and what number got generated ?

there is children starving out there and people who cant afford xmas presents for there children and your moaning !

Unbelievable, schizo is good enough to offer something for free and people start whining about who won it.
If you are disappointed at not winning, it is time you got a life and realized theses things happen.

I've been searching for a sound card for a good few weeks and even missed out on ocuk's DG special because paypal screwed up - so I've not been having much luck.

No problems if I missed out on a freebie, just be grateful and give thanks to others' generosity
