Thanks, just rang the dealership after seeing your comment, can't fit me in until January so they're sending someone from LR assist to inspect the car today, a bit OTT but saves me giving it to a local tyre shop

At least they are getting someone out to you but that's really bad they can't fit you in till January, I find that most bizarre

Really bad. As suspected, nothing the chap can do as the brakes look fine... Report filed, now I need to gather video evidence and wait until January.
