Rather than going to restore from backup did you click Restore that is located on the main screen on iTunes?

Anyone had any luck in adding higher rez icons into Lockinfo yet? The typical way is to add @2x into the filename but it's not happy with me doing that for some reason, it keeps reverting back to the standard rez version.

Yup - in Info or something on the iPhone, then selected the backup to restore from after that. Other than changing the layout a tad, I didn't really see the need for the jailbreak - still was nice to try though.

Well I did it that way but then Cydia was still on so didn't know if I had to do the full restore where it wipes the phone. When I backed up it was definitely before I JB's it..!

I did the full wipe of the phone then used the backup I did before jailbreaking to get all my stuff back.

Done the same now. About 40 apps missing. I can select them in iTunes to sync but I bet they lose their saved data.

No, app data is kept. I just restored my iPad and it restored all app data.

It has fortunately but I had arranged all my apps into folders, got to sort them all out again. Grrr.

Mine did similar, although I only had to add 1 game I think.

Top right? Locks the rotation. Double click Home and scroll to the right.

Its telling you that your device is locked into portrait mode. Bring up your multitasking bar and swipe left to unlock your orientation.

cheers LOL that fixed it whats it for btw, is it for stoping your screen moving when you turn it ect ?

and one more Q, do you know of any program that would let me login to skyplayer and view from it via wifi or a program that will let me watch any format video on it without the conversion ect or stream live from my pc to my ipod aswell to watch videos from my hdd ?

Tried Lockinfo last night and couldn't get the weather to appear / refresh. Any ideas ?
