Nobody is going to be buying Modric, stop all this nonsense. It pointless speculating about a player whose team is adamant he isn't going. You lot are as bad as the papers.

Thats what they said about Ronaldo!

He wants cold hard cash esp now he is entering the final stage of a career.

So how well do people think Henry will do during his loan spell - if the agreement happens?

No idea, I've seen virtually nothing of him since he left us. He's going to have less pace in those old legs for sure, but I bet his technical ability is still almost as good as it has ever been. Really excited at potentially seeing him back in an Arsenal shirt. :)

Hopefully see some goals from outside the box for a change. Someone in the box when we cut the ball back. Someone who isn't afraid to run at a defender.

LOL thats what Arsenal said about Fabregas but in the end he went;). I know its gonna break your hearts you spur fans but id put money on Modric going in the summer, its inevitable that he will leave for either Chelsea or Man Utd.

As for Henry and his loan deal at Arsenal??...man im absolutely drooling at the prospect of him donning an Arsenal shirt....he may not be as good as he once was but lets face it, he has to be better than Arshavin and Chamakh, both who should be sold asap tbqh as they havent offered anything this season...well other than Chamakh who thought it would be good to try and take RVP out in the Wolves game the other night:p

Modric will most likely stay until the summer when I think he will make his "dream" move to pick up the cash. Even if Spurs make the top four he will want to pick up a massive cheque each week which Spurs can't offer him because of our tiny stadium.

We will forever be buying in players in their twilight years (parker, Freidal) who still have something to offer, or young prospects who are happy to be paid less, and for then to sell them on for loads once they reach their potenial. Need a new stadium to compete with the sugar daddy run clubs like City and Chelsea, and the well ran, globally supported clubs like Arsenal, and Man Utd who have big stadiums.

No doubt play against us then in the FA cup :(

Not happy memories of us facing Henry, once ripped us to part at Highbury a few seasons ago.

Sheffield Wednesday are trying to keep our loan signings on a more permanent basis. Proving to be quite difficult though :(

Looks like we’re deciding whether to go for the Hulk (Givanildo Vieira de Sousa) who has a £84 million buyout clause in his Porto contract. Radamel Falcao of Atletico Madrid has now joined Higuain on the radar. Cahill is expected to cost £7 million.
