Nainggolan to Roma is meant to be done, so Pjanic could well be available.

They got another guy as well on loan I think. If we offered enough money I certainly think it's possible... fingers crossed. I don't think it'd take an astronomical amount, £20m or so. He's definitely a big upgrade on what we have, can play all over the centre of the park and isn't bad at free kicks either.

Question: Roma are top of the league and apparently have won 9 games in a row.
They are having a great season.
Why would Pjanic leave?
If I were him, I'd stay for the remaining season. Win the league. Get the plaudits. Then perhaps re-assess in the Summer.
It doesnt make any sense to me, to move in January, while, Roma are winning everything.
If Alex Ferguson's Man Utd, came calling, I'd move. If Moyes' Man Utd come calling, I'd be less inclined to move.

Let's be honest guy, the Moyes' Man Utd IS NOT the Man Utd which won umpteen trophies.

Bit more on Pjanic today in Italy, Roma seem a little worried. Manchester United bid expected. Not made yet, but expected.

Hope they're right. I like Pjanic. :(

The other guy (Paredes) is an attacking modfielder/winger so he doesn't play in the same position. Also, he will join us in summer.

Roma are not in the title race said someone a few posts up.

APPARENTLY, Roma offered him 3M a season with a release clause of 30M. PJanic's agent agreed, but when they went to sign the papers, Roma offered 2.8M.

Come on, its only 200k, you earn 10x that. Is it really an issue?

I also read about a few family problems btw.

I doubt he will leave in January either way, even more so if we sell Bradley (and still have 4 MCs)

Juve are 8 points clear...

Yup, they just lost to Juve though, had the result gone the other way it would have been a 2 point gap. But boy did Roma lose it, 3-0 and 2 red cards in 2 minutes......... season imploded. They started brilliantly but it finally fell apart.

Juve have won 16, lost 1, drawn 1... I think it's a going to be a minor miracle for them to not win the title.

Carlo Ancelotti on Real Madrid and Coentrao/Morata:

"I've not spoken with them because there's nothing. No-one is leaving and no-one is coming in."

Thank ****, we finally signed Obika on loan!...we have tried for about a year, but he always seems to get injured before it can go through. At least we will not be relying on one senior striker anymore!

btw, Leroy Lita has to go down as the worst loan sign ever!...he hardly ever played, even though we only had one fit striker, and we even played no one up front instead of him at one point!

I did say... :p

We're in for Kebe and Stewart, two fast wingers! Would be well chuffed, Kebe is awesome at Championship level.

Lita was brilliant...All of our strikers are fit except for no9Ashley Barnes, so we need to bring someone in to take the pressure off....two games later, we desperately need a goal, and we use two subs, neither being Lita, and after the game the manager says "he isn't match fit":o...surely that would be the minimum requirement from a 90 day loan?!

^I thought the same of Kebe, but from what I gather talking to Reading fans(played them on Sat), he isn't that popular.
