Japan ex-PM Abe assassinated in shooting

Has the killer said why he did it yet, I can't find info on such?

The suspect said he bore a grudge against a "specific organisation" and believed Mr Abe was part of it, and that his grudge was not about politics, the police said, adding it was not clear if the unnamed organisation actually existed.

Several Japanese media outlets described the organisation as a religious group.

Sounds like the assassin is a bit of a loose unit.

Whilst whatever it is may be specifically Japanese in nature, I think it's more likely that it's related to the general conspiracy pyramid and that it is not difficult to figure out why the police have no intention on releasing his statements as it is both dishonourable to a recently deceased high-figure Japanese life as well as only helping those that are lamentably disturbed enough to believe those things.

I believe it is either various organisations that could be considered NWO (thus anti-Japanese nationalism) or something more akin to Q.

Aye like every damn politician everywhere, if someone shot Boris, people would find nice things to say, when frankly objectively it would be very hard to do so.

His mother is a part of the unification Church and according to the killer his mother donated a vast sum of money to the Church which caused the family financial hardship. The killer claims to have targetted abe because he promoted the Church.

Lots of world leaders praising Abe today, while quietly glossing over the more unsavoury aspects of his politics.
Of course that is going to happen. What do you think happens at peoples funerals/when they die? Or are you the type that shows up at funerals to disparage the dead?

I had hoped that we'd all matured enough to be able to say stuff like 'Well I wouldn't have wished that death on him, but he was not a great PM and his denial of Japanese war crimes was pretty loathsome.' I'm a bit fed up with people pretending that bad politicians were good guys after they're dead.

That's right, and I'll be showing up for yours with some choice comments.

:p

Plenty of motivation there. We all know how the Koreans and the Japanese feel about each other.
