I'm honestly not sure where the sport goes after this it seems the desperation to make money is fighting the need for safety and actually having a race.

Looks like this occured after he passed the tractor and seems slam dunk given the data they showed on Sky Germany.

He was probably raging and full of adrenalin after passing that fiat bed.

3hour limit makes sense in Singapore where it approaches midnight, but here it doesn’t. Fans pay for full race.

I disagree. Singapore was a night race so sunset and daylight were irrelevant. Suzuka is a day race and it's approaching sunset so it'll only get darker. The 3 hour thing makes much more sense here than in Singapore.

they should repair sainz car, put it on wets and sent it out on its own to see how the track would cope, also might clear it a bit

2014 mentioned 19 times, every team boss interviewed about the tractor and rain, Crofty talking utter balls and discussions about who gets what points for 2 laps of racing.

Need to go back to 1pm local start times. They only moved it to 2pm for bigger audiences but you get situations like this.
