Jimmy Savile - Sexual Predator

You lot must be naive if you think corporations like the BBC aren't corrupt. The more power a man has; the more corrupt he becomes.

Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power.

Not true of all men that they become power hungry monsters.

By all means show us your evidence showing the BBC is more corrupt than the Catholic church RE paedophile cover ups. But I suspect you'll stick to the (wild) accusations rather than facts...

I've been out of the country for 9 months, what's this I've been reading about Sir Jimmy might have touched up some under-agers?

Surely it's just malicious gossip isn't it?

In short yes.

Money can't undo the harm done and just because the estate in this case has sizeable assets it doesn't mean the victims have a right to that money. Would they be seeking compensation if the abuser had been an unemployable bricker layer with an estate amounting to £2.54?

Justice is about punishment of the offender, the offender is dead so they've missed the opportunity by not coming forward sooner.

Money cannot undo the harm, but money can do an awful lot of good in helping to provide and make up for the harm. What a ridiculous and idiotic notion you have about compensation, its not meant to reverse the harm, but it is mean to compensate it. It isn't about justice, its about correcting and compensating for the wrong doings commited for the victims.

And yes I am sure they would be seeking compensation if the assets of the person were low, because the same figure will be taken, and the brick layer would have to pay it off over time.

Are you deliberately trying to twist the meaning of what I'm saying or just stupid? You know I'm referring to the seeking justice and that justice CAN'T now be gained as he's dead unless you haven't noticed?

Oh I see your one of those people who thinks its all about punishing the perpetrator, forget the victims well beings and in investigating the enablers, the actual molester is dead so we should drop it and move on as justice cannot be dished out.

Max Clifford is the latest fiddler on the roof:

British celebrity publicist Max Clifford has been charged with 11 counts of indecent assault as part of the investigation set up in the wake of the Jimmy Savile abuse scandal.

The offences were allegedly committed against seven females, aged between 14 and 19, between 1966 and 1985.

Clifford, who will appear in court next month, says the allegations are completely false.
