Job satisfaction

Mixture of both, I've done higher rate of pay work previously but the job really drained me and I was waking up every morning deciding whether to go in or not. I left that job for one on less money but I enjoy it more and am a happier person for it.

Very much a balance in my eyes - I left a previous company with voluntary redundancy due to a lack of satisfaction with the career path I was likely to remain on with them. It has all worked out for the best which may be clouding my judgement slightly but at the time I was prepared to actually travel & do a lower rate of work for a period of time.

Made me think.

She's right, I do love my industry despite all the whingeing

At my wage of 32k but a job I don't love I'd be perfectly content to maintain this wage but enjoy my job.
That's what I'm working towards.

Money makes a difference to a point. Usually that you don't worry about bills. Then I believe it' jjob satisfaction
