Cable Crossovers - 25kg x15, 30kg x12x2
Dips - 20kg x10x3
CGBP - 40kg x12x2, 50kg x10
Cable Pushdowns - 30kg x10x3
Rope Extensions - 30kg x8x3
Thursday: Quads/Calves
Leg Extension - 30kg x8, 40kg x10, 60kg x20x2
Squat - 60kg x8x2, 100kg x8x2, 120kg x6, 60kg x15
Leg Press - 160kg x8, 220kg x8, 240kg x8
Walking Lunges DBs/Glute Lunges 48kg x10/BW x8 x2
Calf Raises - 40kg x10x2, 60kg x12x3
Single Leg Calf Raises - 20kg x6x2
Trained legs with Rob, motherofgod. Lunges, I was so out of breath, I felt physically sick. Each rep I was swearing out of pure frustration, had to abandon the first set for 15 seconds as I felt I was about to pass out.
Rest of the workout was great and my knee was brilliant during squats, maybe due to a better warm up on leg extensions?
