Was quite tender tonight, when pressing, it was quite uncomfortable, so dropped the weight a bit tonight

Tuesday: Chest/Tris

Incline DB Press - 24kg x15x2, 32kg x10x2
Flat Bench - 70kg x12x2, 80kg x10
Incline Push Press - 70kg x10, 80kg x10x2 (Dropset 70kg x8)
Dips - BW x15, BW+10kg x12, BW+20kg x12
Overhead Extensions - 30kg x12x3
Cable Pushdowns - 35kg x12x3
Rope Pulldowns - 25kg x10x3

Bodypower tomorrow, so need to look swole. So legs went out the window as no one can see your legs in jeans, so Fridays workout came today instead

Trained with Rob as he's home for the week, and motherofgod.jpg. I forgot how hard he pushes me, and if there is any evidence that I need a training partner, it's this work out. The weights I lifted and lifted on the press were so much higher than I'd do on my own. So it shows I have it in me

Thursday: Shoulders/Bis

Seated BB Press- Bar x15, 40kg x8, 60kg x8, 70kg x6, 70kg x4 (Dropset 60kg x3)
Lateral Raises (1 Second pause at top - 10kg x12x3
Seated Lateral Raises - 8kg x12 x3
Front Raises - 12kg x10x3
Rear Delt Fly/Inverted Row Superset - 14kg x6/BW x8, 16kg x6/BW x8x2
Behind The Head Press - 40kg x10x3
One Arm Preacher Curls - 15kg x8x2, 10kg x8
Bar Curls - 30kg x8, 40kg x8x2
Hammer Curls - 14kg x8x3

The pump was strong with this one! Going to have serious DOMS tomorrow, and a serious pump for the bro down at Bodypower

Thursday: Quads/Calves
Leg Extension - 30kg x8, 40kg x10, 60kg x20x2
Squat - 60kg x8x2, 100kg x8x2, 120kg x6, 60kg x15
Leg Press - 160kg x8, 220kg x8, 240kg x8
Walking Lunges DBs/Glute Lunges 48kg x10/BW x8 x2
Calf Raises - 40kg x10x2, 60kg x12x3
Single Leg Calf Raises - 20kg x6x2

Trained legs with Rob, motherofgod. Lunges, I was so out of breath, I felt physically sick. Each rep I was swearing out of pure frustration, had to abandon the first set for 15 seconds as I felt I was about to pass out.

Rest of the workout was great and my knee was brilliant during squats, maybe due to a better warm up on leg extensions?
