Yeah man, last year 200kg was like a 1 rep max. Let alone 25 reps in 20 odd minutes!
Squats been getting better, 120kg 4 sets of 10 then died on the 5th set on the 5th rep
. Lost all interest in gym, my friend stopped going as he’d just welcomed a new son to the world and i simply just couldnt bring myself to the gym out of lazyness/lack of drive.
