It's good watching a Scott Manley video about the Nava ball and basic orbital mechanics. Other than that, just play.
It seems hard. But you will progress and you will look back and go how the hell did I find orbit so difficult. As it is so darn easy, but we were all there. It's odd, you find each part hard whilst learning, then find it very simple once you've done it a few times.
Obtaining orbit is about getting out the soupy atmosphere asap, whilst banking over and getting horizontal speed. It's the horizontal speed that gets you into orbit.
