Didn't think it deserved a new thread but worth posting just because it sounds cheesy and cliche.
That said, i do think the story sounds like the manager set it up as much as Seagal and probably highlights the issue with the industry: the managers, a lot of the directors, the producers and the big names are in on it.

He's had a long history of such allegations, usually with those out-of-court settlements...
Watched it yesterday and i didn't even know he was in it until the credit rolled up. Yeah it comes off as creepy but at least he got a good death at the end

I like the way the BBC demonise him further by pointing out he is best buds with Putin.

What did Seagal mean by chemistry?:

I think he meant playing with bottles of home lab produced jet black hair dye.
At least this woman's agent had a sense of humour:
"I ran out and called my agent. Unfazed, she replied, “well, I didn’t know if he was your type.”

Well Spacey was a big surprise to a lot of the country and so was making headlines easy. Seagal who is notorious for it wont make as many people gasp, so there will likely be less calling for blood.

I'm not sure how to read that. I wonder whether that's a wry allusion to de Rossi being a lesbian, like maybe her agent knew but Seagal didn't at the time.

Not having ever even heard of the de Rossi woman it would have gone over my head. I guess one should just assume most of Hollywood's stars are homosexual, bisexual or some other assorted sexual these days.
