Killzone 2 - Enter The Killzone

So how people finding it? Just played the first section so these are very early comments...

Controls are still frustrating and just finding where ROFM1 was brown this is grey so far - it just hasnt grabbed me yet and Im disappointed so far (though Im not easily impressed) - everything is good but nothings that stand-out...

As I said intial thoughts and Im very much of the mindset that FPSs are PC only :p (though ROFM2 OWNS)

Got mine today..

Played single player which seems no better or worse than RFOM2, I've tried to play online but i can't get on (network error), I played 20mins of skirmish which seemed more promising than the single player experience.

But truth be told i suck at FPS on control pad and when you've got a decent PC and play games like COD5 etc. console FPS games leave me underwhelmed. I'm going to stop buying FPS on console now and just use my PS3 and 360 for what they do best, Racing and Fighting games etc.

For me the PC just simply can't be beaten for FPS games.

I started on Veteran too. Died quiet a few times because I run and gun , but it's good fun and the checkpoints arent too far apart. I'm on Level 4.

Just had a few quick games online, its great fun and i dont seem to have an issue with connection or lag. Maybe more servers are working now?

Don't go online till Friday?
The PS3 hasn't been cracked yet and can't run pirated games.
I've got it and I bought it in a shop. Infact everywhere over here is selling it (Oz), so I can't see what the problem would be other than perhaps the online servers aren't yet 100% stable or available.

The servers for the UK don't go on-line till Friday :).
 
Why do people keep comparing this game to PC based fps's :confused::confused::confused:

It doesnt make sense, different platform, different controls, blah, blah, blah :rolleyes:

Mine should arrive today hopefully :)
