white faces vs tile contrast looks good.

any plans to hold off on the wall/high cupboards left and right immediately next to window to check they will not block work surface light, or access for working. eg using a mixer underneath - they're pretty tall ?

has the American been delivered ? .. can't remember.

I have not ordered the yank fridge yet cos I don't want that delivery booking until I get the kitchen finished.

The hob and sink was ordered today for delivery tomorrow because it helps having them here for when the worktop company comes Monday to measure up for the quartz tops. They need to know the size to cut for the sunk and hob.

I haven't ordered the ovens yet as I need to setup the other side first.

EDIT: And.... now I have had an email saying the payment declined after they accepted my order and sent me an order confirmation email, the funds are there, so I need to contact my bank to sort it, it is mostly like anti-fraud blocking it.

Sorted now, I called my card provider who advised they have cancelled most of their customers cards and reissuing new cards due to data leak with BA for card details etc. (I've never used BA though)

Coming along nicely!

Is it Barclays by any chance? As they cancelled my card sent me a new and the new one doesn’t bloody work!

Worktops installed now. Got to let the bonding set before I can continue working on it - ie. fit the hob. The ovens are being delivered to me Friday now. Finally ordered them.

I have 6 in total above the worktops, that is more than enough. We are not having a microwave (don't use one) or a kettle (we are having a instant hot tap fitted)
so I think 6 is plenty.

Looking great!

Have you allowed for the gas connection to the hob? I had to cut quite a chunk out of the top of one of my units to allow for the twists and turns in the pipework

so it is the weight of the glued down tops that keeps the joints together whilst they set , or wooden stops against walls to help push them together ?

the sinks's not enormous - can you get a kitchenaid/kwood bowl in there to wash up, or cake tins ?

Two single ovens are ace! Like I mentioned previously, my wife has a cake baking business, the two ovens are invaluable for her.
