I have been pointed to this by @aVdub and I suppose I will have to give it a go. I eat the skin on most fruit/veg (including mangoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, aubergine) but had never considered kiwi skin because of all the hairs. That being said, many women still go au-natural so maybe this isn't a leap too far

no peel cos hairy and gross, but u could try peeling em pop in a blender and sieve it and keep it in the fridge then add some to lemonade with ice and it tastes lush.

You all realise that there insects pea n poop on the skins before you eat them?
You need to peal off the skin first then was the actual fruit inside.
You don't eat an orange with it's skin on do you?

I've been eating them with the skin on for years. I even eat the stalks on the ends not matter how hard they are. I just thought it might be an extra bit of fibre.
