I have been pointed to this by @aVdub and I suppose I will have to give it a go. I eat the skin on most fruit/veg (including mangoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, aubergine) but had never considered kiwi skin because of all the hairs. That being said, many women still go au-natural so maybe this isn't a leap too far
no peel cos hairy and gross, but u could try peeling em pop in a blender and sieve it and keep it in the fridge then add some to lemonade with ice and it tastes lush.

I always reject food that has been washed
Apple, Pear, Peach, Tomato and grape for example have skins
I've been eating them with the skin on for years. I even eat the stalks on the ends not matter how hard they are. I just thought it might be an extra bit of fibre.
