I would agree. It may take years but lab meat and meat alternatives are bound to take over.

Its actually meat just grown from a cell culture so basically food in its most basic forms.
We can't be going to space off the back of cattle my dude.

Yeah, but there's raw material they need for that, must be some sort of nutrient type product they need to "feed" it.

That's what I mean. It's basically a nutrient gel that it's grown in. Amino acids, carbohydrates, vitamins. It tends to be grown around a skeleton which can be made from cellulose or even algae.

I'm.sure they'll provide an alternative like they did when they shut down the coal mines...
The meat industry will still be around, and although this may be automated, you still need people to operate some of these plants. It's about reskilling... however, we're looking at many decades yet I reckon.

Its going to be mass bundled as part of a the green revolution. More CO2 efficient, much more energy and water efficient and "less" cruel to farm animals (even existing)
