Anyone seen that movie Felon?
The one where he chases the dude outside of his house and cracks his skull open with a bat?

Not many people have actually said that though, in fact I don't remember anyone saying that at all.but youre ok with people in here saying the the probably illegal use of deadly force was justified in response to burglary...
Out of interest, where does the law lie on challenging people who illegally enter your house. Is it open season for burgular killers?
Oh sorry, I totally misread your post, for some reason I read the "without permission" bit as in you didn't need permission to shoot them...No, they have to be on your property without permission.

Depends on the state, and whether they have duty to retreat legislation and in what guise. However, the bottom line in most cases is that the laws aren't that different to the UK, with the exception of weapon laws and concealed carry laws to back up the self defence aspect.

hmmmm
Have you been burgled? It makes you feel like **** when you see your house upside down. Trust me you won't be saying "oh don't worry we've got it all insured!"
What about the ones we see on crimewatch? Murdering people, injuring people, blind folding/tieing people up. This stuff leaves people traumatised severely. They don't have a care in the world. So why should people stop giving them a taste of their own medicine?
lol thats one ugly laddie like.
well deserved.
Looks like a potentially dubious cycle has been averted then.
