If your point is "legal aid shouldn't be paid to fraudsters", then no-one's going to argue. It doesn't require that the whole thing should be scrapped.
Legal aid should not fund asylum legal action.

I'm happy for my taxes to contribute to legal aid for asylum seekers. If you'd seen half these **** these people had seen, I'm sure you'd be seeking more than legal aid.

Of course, we do get people using those examples of "benefit cheats" to argue that benefits should be cut/scrapped/paid in Aldi vouchers

If I listened to my racist uncle who lives in Australia (he is an economic migrant to that country, by the way) then we should be sinking all the boats and letting them drown.
He actually posted that comment on a Nigel Farage video where very young children were getting off a dingy in the UK with their parents.

This doesn't rule out many of the people we're seeing. Can't imagine many of them are EU citizens, and probably lots have not made asylum claims in the EUFollow the law
