Lesson learned: Don't buy cheap Chinese tat from Tesco

Buy a Henry, it's sucked for years...

Another tip with hoovers, never try to hoover up water. Yep thats right - good tip.

That also went on fire.

So that's what I've been doing wrong all those years.... ;)

Actually there are loads of Vaccum cleaners that are designed to suck up water. :p

In seriousness we've had this sebo air belt thing since I can remember, and even before that we've only had one other probably in my life time.

Miele vacuum cleaners? Are you paupers?

Kirby.

I have piloted such a machine and they are simply without equal.

Very true. We have one of them as well. It does indeed put the suction of a dyson like comparing a gtx 480 to a gts240 ;)

Just a shame the thing weighs a tonne to move it up and down stairs. Hence the Miele.

Have to agree with kirby, sure it's good but they refuse to use it being that heavy.

Miele are excellent but again very weighty, she loves the little sebo, propels itself along the carpet for you and feels very solid.

Tiny thing is 1100w yet picks up better than the 2000w hoover, kinda says it all.

And dysons suck. :p
