Let's reintegrate some words back into the language

I use drat, bother, golly, gosh and goodness all the time when I'm at the in-laws. They don't swear and the don't blaspheme, so my vocabulary has expanded somewhat.

I also know a load of Chins who talk like a 30's Biggles film. Publicly schooled army types again.
 
More women should be referred to as toothless old crone, old hag etc.

Has much more effect than cow, bitch etc ;)

While I agree that manners are required my girlfriend is under the impression that saying please and thank you is the full extent of what she needs to do to be good mannered, I might ask her to pass me something, perfectly politely, "could you pass me the remote" and she'll pick me up on not saying please (which is fair enough", and will then bark instructions, but thinks saying please at the end makes it ok
 
I had many Japes at the weekend. We have just had 2 foreign students abiding with us and took them with us to partake of victuals a resteraunt. I managed to convince them that the feminine form of waiter was wench. It did cause the entire place to go very quiet when I asked one of them to ask for the bill. :)

But I use those on quite a regular basis!!... :confused:

And I'm a CAD... but in my business its Computer Aided Draughting... :p

I also use 'Smeg' instead of other 'Swaries' and call people 'Plebs' and 'Cretins' quite a lot!!.. :D

It just sounds cool and no one seems to use it anymore..I've also been trying to get people to say Muppet more in the last few years.
