Hey guys, I'm trying to get back into these forums as it's actually what got me started with photography. Heres a few from my 50mm, words can't express my love for the little guy!

still heres a couple of old shots with me fifty
that might be one of the best photos I've ever seen, it looks like the cigarette is coming out of the screen.
I just got my first SLR today and haven't got a clue what to do with it, it has a 18-55mm lense with it and also and 55-200mm. I cant even get anything in focus yet, it is dark though and I am knackered, will give it another stab in the morning.

Read the manual and then "Understanding Exposure" and it will all come to you.

Couldn't get a zoom lens in time for Silverstone, wasn't sure if I wanted a cheap one anyway, so these were done handheld with the 50mm f1.8. Learned a lot about panning that day.

Got mine during the week, struggling with it really, but that's because I haven't a clue!

I was just looking through some of the photos I shot when I used to have my Canon 20D + 50mm f1.8... these are my first few shots during a training session when I had the camera. Just popped it on Aperture, wide, high ISO and rapid JPEG machine gunning...
