LG discontinues Bluray and UHD players

How many people liked blurays?

I was never interested in paying extra for more resolution. I thought I was the only one thinking like that. But apparently they never took off to the same level as dvd's.

The PQ difference is noticeable from DVD to BD. I have a couple of 4K but they're a lot more expensive and tbh don't really notice the difference unless it's a nature documentary

I loved them, still buy them now. The picture and sound quality is leaps and bounds beyond what DVD offered. And the sound is still superior to streaming.

I’ve bought a lot of films on iTunes but I’ve grown increasingly tired of it and the changes they’ve made to the interface.
