What GPU? Have you tried a different HDMI port on the TV to rule out any hardware issues?

No, figured it would be some simple setting to change but I'll give it a go.

From what I remember the Turing GPUs only support HDMI 2.0b?

I assume you are running at 4k 120hz at a 8 bits with 4:2:0? Maybe it's struggling as that is a bit beyond spec still.

My 77" G2 doesn't have that issue (or any issues)

It'll only work if your satellite dish happens to have a Hybrid LNB I think
