Thanks. I do enjoy deload week, I can do my workout in no time and focus on stretching and mobility. It's a good time to tweak form before going heavy again.
 
LiE, I'd love to see your progress on 220P/340C/100F (almost identical calories)

I think you'd do alright out of it ;)
 
I could add in a few more scoops of oats at 35g of carbs per scoop. They are also 194 cals per scoop so I'd have to drop some cals elsewhere.
 
Yeah, drop the protein and the fat. Fat is 9 calories per 1g, and 121 is quite high given your other macros, so like I said, try 220/340/100
