Beast chest session tonight. Mixed things up and decided to do Incline DB Press instead of bench press.

10x20, 12.5x20, 12.5x12 -> 10x8 - had to drop set the last one to hit 20 reps

Shoulder/Pec Stretches.
Yep, my conditioning is improving due to the higher intensity of my workouts. I don't burn out at all on my current supplement regime it's lovely![]()
