LiE's Diet and Training Thread

If only I'd known what I know now in the earlier years.
Also there are large chunks where I worked overseas so my diet and training stopped.
I'm certainly in my prime now :)
Training is ingrained into me, I couldn't stop even if I tried.
 
Here's what I've recorded so far. Couple of strange results in there but overall it's increasing.

Maybe you just had a massive poo on the 18th :D

Had similar last week, was 203.6lb 2 weeks ago, a week later at the same time was 201.6lb :/

Whats your target? Hoping you can keep as lean as you are now, you'll be a beast!
 
Target is probably 13st 6-7lbs, then I'll asses things. If I feel I need more size then I'll continue to bulk.

I'll gain some fat, that's for sure but nothing noticeable I think. Once I'm happy at my new bulked weight I'm going to switch back to 531, add in some HIIT and cut the fat. Lean and strong is my aim.
 
Gaining 2.5lbs in basically 10 days, most of that will be fat.

I wouldn't want to gain more than 1-1.5lbs absolute max a month if I didn't want to see noticeable fat gain
 
So basicaly, the ideal physique? :p

Well, that's what I'd want, to be lean / look decent but actually have some half decent strength...Although i reality, I'm probably better off doing the BB route considering I have a number of issues with my shoulders / ankles etc etc due to old injuries skating and stuff.
 
I wouldn't be so sure Steedie, I can't see any fat gains. That 2.5lbs won't be all be actual weight gain either.
 
Chest and Biceps tonight. Back to bench press, going to go for some decent volume tonight.

abs are starting to come and you go on a lean bulk :D kiss good bye to them ;)
 
You say that, but I've been bulking to for 2 weeks and according to steedie I've gained over 2lbs of fat even though my abs are coming through more :p
