Here's my plan for tonight.

Bench Press Triples
Heavy Dips
Heavy CGBP
Incline DB Press
 
Just realised I haven't washed my gym tops, so I will have to resort to the backup skimpy vest!
 
Here's how it went down.

Bench Press
Bar, 60x10, 80x6, 100x5, 120x3, 130x3, 140x3, 140x2, 140x3

Dips
BWx10, 40x6, 60x5, 60x5

CGBP
60x8, 90x5, 100x5, 100x4

Incline DB Press
30x10, 40x8, 45x6, 50x5

Triceps were fried. The 50s at the end felt like 70s lol.
 
Yea I do get some raised eye brows lol especially from the guys who are 15-20kgs on me :D
 
Weigh in this morning shows I'm still dropping weight on my new diet, I don't really look any different though. Perhaps a shade leaner. Going to add another 200cals to my diet and see how that goes.

Enjoyed a good amount of squatting tonight.
160 is almost 2xBW :)

Squats
60x10, 80x8, 80x6, 120x5, 140x3, 150x3, 160x3, 160x3

Goblet Squats
32.5x10 x3

Box Squats
60x10, 80x7, 80x6

GHR
10, 10, 10

Box squats were good, need to do them more as I felt good activation.

Here's a video of my 2nd 160 triple. Worst walk out ever, the other sets were better. Need to go a little bit lower which I'll do next week. I'm pretty happy with my form though.
