Not sure if I changed the width of my stance, I really need some que to get that consistent. I did a big deadlift session on Friday which could account for something, I normally do deadlifts on Thursday.

Yea it could be anything so I'm not focusing on it. Deload next week (I'm on holiday all week so no training at all) then see what cycle 2 brings.

I enjoyed the sprints, just need to keep it up.

Week 3 is handing me my ass.

I'm not bothered about the numbers this week. The lack of deload before starting this cycle I think has had an impact, my body feels tired. It probably wasn't the best time to start doing sprints but I like the chanllenge, so I'll keep doing them even and perhaps adjust my weights next cycle.

All in all I'm looking forward to getting this week done, taking my week off (on holiday) and coming back fresh.

531 Bench Press
WU - 57.5x5, 72.5x5, 87.5x3
WS - 107.5x5, 122.5x3, 137.5x4

Dips
BWx10, +20x10 x4

CGBP
90x8, 90x6

ITIS (Incline Treamill Interval Sprints)
15sec 15mph sprints x 4

Almost had the 5th rep on the + set, caught the catchers on one of the reps too!
Increased the speed today to see how the sprints felt and they were good, but god damn my conditioning is bad. All good, that's why I'm doing it.

Definitely sounds like it's time for a deload.

Seeing a relative drop in numbers like that is your body's way of telling you to "**** off with all this training ****," if you ignore that something will break.

Perfect holiday timing!

Going from 100 to 110, then back down to 100 was a clever move I thought. There's no way I'd hit another 10 on 110 on the last set. I'd normally be stubborn and stick with 110 or even go to 120 and not hit 10. I shall name it hump sets :p
