Nice session, LiE - I reckon you coul probably just keeping piling the weight on your brother's back and see how it goes: there is massive scope for amusing weights with younger lifters! :)

My coach also works with the Cambridge University Rugby Club and they had a fresher in there who had apparently (;)) not done much squatting in his time (he was pretty big, however), and he topped out at 200kg for singles. My coach was very impressed, but then proceeded to explain to me that it was disappoinging because the guy was not actually very good at rugby... :D

Felt tired and haven't eaten enough today or the last couple days, but progress was made nonetheless. Hammies had some tasty DOMS from Friday still.
