Wrist wraps are HIGHLY recommended for people doing a lot of heavy pressing. I don't get on with them at the moment, but I'm going to have to get used to them.

i orederd same to give them a try. i dont suppose im presssing that much like you PL dudes :) ...bur near bodyweight OHP's for 7-10 reps and 100kg BP for the same has in the least few weeks strained my wrists for sure. Im thinking more injury prevention than a requirement...age isnt on my side these days! Anyway...thanks Lie

Certainly didn't feel like a warm up. They were hard, harder than they should have been. Glutes just weren't firing properly tonight. Still, managed 4 sets :)

Squats
BAR x lots x2
70x10
90x7
110x3
130x3
150x1
170x1
187.5x3 x4 - should be better next week when things are firing properly. These are all PBs, my previous triple PB was 180x3x1. Gains.

Knee band squats
120x10 x2

DBSS
BWx 12/12 x3 - these were on form tonight, solid.

Nice and simple. Took a while to do the squat working sets. My brother managed 100x3 and 105x3 squats tonight.

Video.

Set 4 from the side (not the best view)

Here's my bro doing 100x3, he did 105x3 after this. He's still not used to squatting, but he's getting there.

Was that a fart on the first rep of the last set? Mirin.

PBs are PBs, still storng bro.

Your (real)bro needs more reps, but that's some nice weight to be moving at his level.
