Hey! I only do low reps on my primary lifts :)

190s weren't too bad considering I wasn't feeling great. I'm adding 2.5kg each week for the triples, should be interesting.

I found that when i used the band with weight, the black one wasn't anywhere near strong enough because of the weight on my back. I had to double a big red one up and use that. Although that reminds me, I wanted to use these in my next block, thanks bro! :D
 
Solid session tonight, plenty of gains and still building on the triples PB.

145x3 - first set is always the hardest. Pauses weren't as long as I'd have liked. PB still :)
145x3 - last rep was a beast. Despite trying to convince myself that it was EASY, it was not :)
145x3 - found my grove at this point. My triceps are really coming on well.

Bench
115x8 - no problems.
120x8 - 8 clean reps
122.5x7f - wanted 8, failed the 8th hard.

Pin Press
120x5
120x3 - hard work

90x8
90x7 - last rep was bloody hard but I battled it.

Dips

Feeling good about how my pressing is coming along.

 
Something is helping my lock outs, they've been amazing recently. Reps I would normally fail I'm snapping them bishes out. Some reps I find I stall momentarily then my triceps come on and the rep is locked out. Likely it's a combination of things but pin press I'm really liking for a couple sets.
 
Don't know what youtube is trying to suggest, but all 4 suggested videos in the embedded player at the end of the video were of that basketball player who snapped his leg

I'd love to say bench 165 and squat 220. Deadlift I'm not sure about as I've changed it a lot and it won't be a while before I see where that goes. Hopefully more than 255 :)
