It is inevitable Adobe will push the price up however not enough to deter photographers away to competitors because it will be stupid. Even if Adobe did hike the price to say £30 p/m, then you can always go and buy Lightroom as standalone or equivalent.
As for Photoshop it is generally an overkill and Elements will suffice 99% of times.
Its kind of false economy if you can afford to pay over £2000+ grand for digital photography equipment, yet can't afford to invest into the the digital laboratory software.
