I moved into a new build just 5 years ago that has zero fibre, one day I'll have it, I can dream.
have they put cables down because mine took that long from when the cables were laid?
Yeah they've been laid outside the house since June last year, so I'm hoping next month is the month, but we'll see!

Have you checked the site? I was told July but went on the site and was able have it on April 9th.
Yeah, and I called yesterday and sounds like it's not being installed in August now... And they have zero ETA. Glad I didn't get my hopes up too much.

Depends who you ask. I've had it for 2.5 years now and never had an issue, speed has been fantastic (always 1Gb). However people do report that install times are now slow and keep getting pushed back.

Ok thanks, I can live with a slow install date as long as it's a solid reliable connection

Go through the sign up process and back out at the payment screen and an advisor will call you and offer free installation. It happened to me after I backed out because of the £49 fee.

Always getting around 940mbps.
I had a phone call last week from the regional manager telling me about referrals and how I will get a month free per referral.
Daughter has just had it installed in ST4, 2 week wait for the installation but rock solid connection. She went for 500mb and gets 500mbps+ on download and 400mb+ on upload

Nice one, that'll do! Went for 250 initially, will prob go to 500 at some stage.

Had Lila connected today getting 260Mb/s on Wireless yet to try connect but for £20 a month I’m happy with that compared to £40 off sky for £40 we rang to cancel sky and they offered us a £4 discount. Only issue is they installed the box or whatever it is in a stupid place ( I was not at home for the installation) I would have asked them to place it closer to the plug sockets so now I’ve got to run a extra extension to power said box.
