You can do that quite easily, the whole lot would fit in quite snuggly. Just make sure if you do choose to run dual cards, make sure your front fans are intakes and not exhaust as you want to be blowing cool air and over the cards. The case can easily fit 2 x 240 rads, 1 at the front and 1 at the top AND if you take care with measurements you could also fit a thin 120mm rad at the rear.
Yeah fronts are intake and rears are exhaust, alway done stuff like that for the last god knows how long...
Think I might strip my machine down this weekend, take out whatever bits arent needed and then work out costings for the dual GPU water setup..
Oh hang on...

Wonder if two of them would fit inside the Mini180 with bits removed.
Ideally I'd want to run both the GPU's off of a single loop with a decent enough size rad in the top where the big fan is and leave the rear for the CPU rad/fan as it is currently.
However those closed units as above are cheap as ****, as long as I could mount the rad/fan combo for those into the front of the case that could be a winner, or possibly run them up to the top of the case and use the existing large fan in the top, would mean no fans in the front so less noise as I wouldnt be adding more fans..
