4.15pm: Break in proceedings at the High Court. Mr Justice Floyd will reveal in a few minutes if he will make a decision today. Or tomorrow!

I see nothing new has come out of this court case. It only goes to back up the facts that were presented on Tuesday. There should be a verdict today.

Not sure why yet, It was posted by someone on LFC forums.

It might just be because either RBS is government owned or because of the UK Vs USA court thing, to try and make sure it doesn't get out of hand.

It must happen all the time. I see no reason for the government to get involved.

They're behaving like a couple of children. The best way to deal with naughty children is to ignore them. They should be jailed for time wasting. Just do the damn deal.

Judge ruling due at 5pm.
Hicks legal team in UK didnt attend the case - were invited but replied that they "were not working today, so not at the office".

Code for: Hicks hasnt paid us?
