I see nothing new has come out of this court case. It only goes to back up the facts that were presented on Tuesday. There should be a verdict today.
 
After all this can you really see anyone wanting to do business with Mr Hicks ever again? The guy’s done himself a and the club a missive disservice.

They're behaving like a couple of children. The best way to deal with naughty children is to ignore them. They should be jailed for time wasting. Just do the damn deal.

Judge ruling due at 5pm.
Hicks legal team in UK didnt attend the case - were invited but replied that they "were not working today, so not at the office".

Code for: Hicks hasnt paid us? :P
 
scratch that. Judge has just re-entered.

4.48pm: Mr Justice Floyd: It is plan that the owner's case in Texas had been in preparation for some considerable time
