No calcium? muscles no care to contract. Helps actin & myosin filaments to get up in eachothers walls, noimsayin?

I just take mine with a large meal usually PWO as I don't struggle for pump.

That feel when open log and a serious discussion has been had. Don't need more calcium, 2+ pints of milk per day crew checking in. Although pre workout sounds interesting, probably just going to buy an actual one though.
