I like the look of it, i was hoping for a 50% off so i could get the G27, i will try and push my luck first if not i will accept the keyboard.

holy free holy £224.99 for a steering wheel :eek:?!?! you must really like your driving games, even with 50% off i'd sooner have a tooth pulled without anaesthesia!! each their own tho :p
 
They asked me to cut off the USB end of my faulty G15 last time and to send it back to them. But i didn't and sold it, with no questions after. The back light died on it so apart from the light it was still a great keyboard!

On the strength of some of the stories on here, I emailed Logitech about my failing G5, and 48 hours after my first email, I've got myself a discount code for 50% off anything in their shop...

Damn tempted to get the "G Series Bundle" of the G19 keyboard, G9x mouse and G13 gamepad for £112.50!!

Have to convince the other half that this is a good idea... lol

I guess it's out of warranty then? I emailed them when my MX1000 broke. It was a month out of warranty. The guy helping me sent me a link to their mouse page and said pick anything and let him know. I still have the trusty G5 I chose a few years later :D

I was rather tempted to get the presentation mouse you can wave about and also use on a desk surface, but I wanted something decent for gaming :p

Hmm. Unfortunately people like that taking the **** is why most companys don't have such a good returns policy/customer service.

Wow, that sounds great. I had my Saitek Cyborg V7 keyboard break with 1 months warranty left (loads of buttons stopped working), and they sent me a replacement fairly quickly.

The replacement is still working great, but the keys have started getting really scratched :(
 
if anything is faulty hold them up about it .

Everything is supposed to work 100% not 99% .

I would.

Either a new mouse or a 50% off code if it's out of warranty

Bare in mine that my G5, I've had for about 7 years so it's WELL out of warranty lol
 
What do Razer and Saitek do if your stuff is out of warranty?

I've never had a Razer mouse break, and I dont think I'll ever need to replace my Deathadder, but if my Saitek Cyborg breaks again its now out of warranty.

My current favorite keyboard is the Sidewinder X4 though for its price / size and looks.
 
I Have a Logitech Z-5500 but the Backlight on the controll unit doesnt light up anymore :( Just Read the first couple posts on here and Decided i'd Email them and see what they can do! :)
