Logitech Does It Again...

After reading all these threads about how good Logitech are, I thought I'd give their customer service a go myself.

I have a S510 wireless mouse and keyboard combo, it was bought about 3-4 (probably more) years ago from a shop. About 6 months later the mouse stopped working, and soon after it was thrown away. But I still have and use the keyboard. So sent them an e-mail and after going through trying it on another pc and latest software etc, they've decided to send me out a complete replacement S520 free of charge, even though I have no proof of purchase.

Logitech are fantastic :)
 
I would just like to add that i lOVE logitech support, they are great and have allways replaced anything that ive had a problem with, as ypou can see i have a few items from them. Going back to the first post i would recommned the G series bundle all great items.
