That's not how the word "afford" works, as the bed is being sold for £2,500.

I can't believe that mattress fits the bed even with her explanation. The top looks flush with the headboard as it should be, but there's still a 6inch gap at the bottom.

Edit: Also, "my husband ordered it for one of his flats but never managed to use it". Adulterating husband? The last bit hints at a sinister end...

I have a problem though with the colour, I was wondering, if i paid a specialist garment dyer, do you think I could achieve a creamy white? it would look better with my interior furnishings, also my girlfriends not fond of the turquoise, she gets seasick easily you see.
