Where is counter-terrorism funding spelt out anywhere? I was under the impression the security services had their budgets cut in real terms as the Single Intelligence Account hadn't grown but was now expected to also cover elements of the Joint Security Fund.
You've highlighted eight which makes your reply appear even more spectacularly idiotic. Eight minutes from report to deployment to conclusion is a staggering short period of time. Certainly shorter that it took you to write that drivel.
It must have stretched them to breaking, the reduction of police numbers is clearly having an impact on prevention, if not reaction.

Not really related, but I see the Daily Fail are trying to stoke a Twitter storm over Uber surcharging last night. Lots of morons complaining.
I don't know why but this really winds me up. Are people too thick to understand that technology like Uber is largely automated and if there's a surge in demand then their price surge kicks in, for whatever reason? The whole thing was over in 8mins, they can't get expect Uber to have a hotline to the police to know immediately there is something bad going on.
Argh, bigger fish to fry people, seriously!
Couldn't the uber drivers just not switch on the app and do it for free?
Do they all post single-line drivel like koolpc does?
