Non compliant ULEZ bargains incoming then for those that will not need to go into ULEZ zone and have cash waiting? i.e. Some high spec Diesel performance cars that fall of a cliff in terms of pricing being sold around London area?
I can imagine a lot of tuning shops going out of business because no one will want to take their pride and pay £12.50 for the privilege.
If someone's tuning shop goes out of business because individual customers who want non-ULEZ cars tuned don't think they're worth paying an extra £12.50 to get their car tuned there, they probably weren't likely to be around much longer anyway.
