LOST..... How do you think it will end

As I said, it's stuff that was said in the most recent episode, which hasn't aired here, so I can't exactly elaborate on why I highly doubt they are gods because it would spoil it for other people who haven't seen that episode yet, and you aren't really allowed to talk about stuff that hasn't aired here yet.
 
I've really enjoyed watching Lost especially the first few seasons, however I can see the strange pattern where some people die and they are just replaced by some new ones. This could go on and on for forever really if they just wanted to keep the series going. Seriously, the story is so wind up now its almost unbelievable. But the whole thing is going to end in MAY, this is so soon. I can't believe there are only 7 episodes left now. I hope for some good final episode, I don't want to be left disappointed after watching this for so many years now.
 
Just watched episode 9. One of the best episodes yet, FINALLY we're getting some proper answers, that aren't intertwined in some elaborate over complicated anecdote. I am now extremely excited for what's to come.

I'm pretty sure most people will have seen episode 9 by now. It doesn't shed any conclusive light on exactly what Jacob/The man in Black are anyway

It was a great ep, but also pretty pointless? Thats how I felt at the end anyway. Nice to see a bit more on Richard but nothing new either, we haven't learnt anything new that hasn't been figured out for at least this season so far.

They're gonna have to step it up a notch imo, we're half way through now aren't we?

Also, with regards to the discussion of the unaired episodes all that's going to happen is thread lockage, please just hold onto the info for a few more days before talking about it.

Big Kev takes no prisoners when it comes to stuff like that.
 
I really hate shows like this. Battlestar Galactica went, and literally a VOID was left in my TV viewing, and now Lost hasn't much time left. I hate when you love a show so much but it'll all end this season :(
 
I've just got home from uni and want to watch it on our big tv on sky hd, can anyone tell me which episode is on THIS Friday? The last one I watched was episode 8.

i still had the theory after jacob died that jacob was actually the black smoke initially. That is why ben had to kill him (and not the possessed lock) and then the guy that was speaking to jacob at the end of the previous season took over losts physical form and he knew that to become the monster he had to manipulate ben to do it.

i havn't watched ep 8 and 9 yet.

i also wonder thought if jacob was the black smoke then how did he get off the island to meet the main chars before they came. that must mean that he can get off the island.

also hope faraday makes another appearance, i enjoyed the episodes with him in it.

also i thought that some of the people like richard are stuck in a time loop but other are not, that is why they know what was going to happen, but that has been broken now with the explosion of the nuke on the "energy buildup"

the man in black (ake locke) is and always has been the smoke moster.

Ben was manipulated to kill Jacob because the smoke monster/man in black couldn't do it himself.

- we know jacob can leave the island. The smoke moster can't.

- Tis a shame he got killed off so easily, i wouldn't be surprised if he appears in some other form in the remaining episodes, flash sideways for instance.

- Well we know Richard is basically immortal/ageless. A time loop seems out of place though.
