US: lucifer

Slightly confusing at times till I realised what was going on with the flashbacks but enjoyed it. Enjoyed last week more but I think Aimee Garcia plays her character just perfectly. Also kudos to the wardrobe department.
 
Odd episode this week that didn't really work for me, and no Lucifer next week due to Thanksgiving in America :(
 
Last nights episode was quite an enjoyable one I thought. I think I have missed or forgotten why Ella has a fear of Tricia Helfers character though. She keeps claiming to see darkness in her everytime.
 
Well that took a dark turn but they did say they were going to try for a darker tone as the season progressed.

Next weeks is the last episode before the Christmas break :(
 
The tune BTW was Amy Stroup - In The Shadows though I think they used a slightly customised version on the show. Would make an awesome tune remixed with a lower key/darker sound.
 
It would have been pretty funny given the content of the episode if he had got it wrong - in some ways that would have been a more interesting, though very dark, ending with the complications but that would have blown the show wide open.
 
They deliberately left it that long but you could tell Lucifer was getting bored with waiting for it to happen, If the schedule is correct we'll get the next episode on the 2nd Jan (last filler episode apparently) then it'll have a break again until end of Jan where the proper storyline picks up again and all the good stuff is to come :D
 
Was hoping to get my latest eps fix yesterday only for reality to hit me just as I sat down to watch. It's going to be a long wait! :o
 
Interesting episode though I found it a bit cringe worthy at times and I'm not a fan of flashback stuff.

I kind of felt like some of the actors ran out of range trying to portray an earlier version of themselves.
 
Yeah that wasn't too bad I thought. It would be nice to see more Aman & Luci centric episodes and I enjoyed this.
