Crikey! Look what you've done to your dock! Do you manage to find things with all the icons being the same colour?

Hehe, its pretty easy as the symbols display what each of the icons is, only problem is when i install a new programme, but once ive found out how to create osc icons ill make my own in the same style

How on earth do you change the icons in OSX.. you need some kind of magic (Program) to do it?

How on earth do you change the icons in OSX.. you need some kind of magic (Program) to do it?

The best way to do it is using a program like Dr. Jones mentioned. If you just want to do a few you can always just copy-paste an image into the icon spot in the "Get Info" box for whatever it is that needs a new icon.

Aye, the bottom one is a 320Gb SATA and the one on top is an emergency 120Gb IDE.

Find an image you like, copy it to the clipboard. Get Info on the item you want to change the icon of. Click the icon in the top left (a blue line gets drawn around it). Paste.

To go back to the default, click the icon (highlights blue) and press backspace.
