How on earth do you change the icons in OSX.. you need some kind of magic (Program) to do it?
You'll need Candybar or the likes.

Update includes the iSight, iBook G4 & filing cabinet

The best way to do it is using a program like Dr. Jones mentioned. If you just want to do a few you can always just copy-paste an image into the icon spot in the "Get Info" box for whatever it is that needs a new icon.EVH said:

Find an image you like, copy it to the clipboard. Get Info on the item you want to change the icon of. Click the icon in the top left (a blue line gets drawn around it). Paste.
To go back to the default, click the icon (highlights blue) and press backspace.
