Economics 101 for you...

Economics 101 for you...
If you genuinely don't think Mac's are overpriced then you're crazy.
I started with mac, so I can't go back![]()
I used to think that till I compared a similar spec Dell laptop to a MAcbook pro.
I have a MBP, The reason Mac has a higher price is because they can.
You can not use just any hardware on them, eg lots of graphics cards are not supported etc.
The do however provide good support and performance improvements with there products. OSX is easy and straight forward without a lot of the problems windows has. Windows problems are inherent with its design to make everything compatible.
Peope will pay more for the mac as:
1) it looks a damn site nicer
2) Straight forward to set-up and use
3) long term experience nicer without having to reformat every 6 months to regain the speed.
these reasons alone justify it for me.

How much higher education discount do you get a mac mini?

Why do they insist on putting ports all over the place?
As opposed to Apple, who put on barely any ports at all?
