Madeline dead?

Interesting because if it is her body, the distance from where she was taken gives the last know person to see her alive, her father, a window of opportunity dispose of the her body.

Is it that unbelievable that her father may be responsible?

I for one can't believe it.

Hold up, do you suddenly have my life history? I'll have you know that I was never left alone, not even when my mother went to get a towel, she would take me with her, even more so at the age of 3. They did keep watch over my 24 hours a day, right from the moment I woke to the moment I was put to bed they knew exactly where I was. Now I don't know if this was just my parents, maybe they are more protective than most, but certainly from my experiences I was never left alone.

Did your parents never sleep, and stayed at the end of the bed with a shotgun? No therefore during night time you could have been snatched. Whether or not how many paedo's break in doesn't matter, you're alone.

How on earth do you know you weren't left alone for 2 minutes? Do you have perfect memory of every exact moment when you were 3 years-14 years old?

have some faith in common humanity

The police over there are so bad they are relying on a crazy person to find the girl. I'd hate to see what kind of science they use to solve crimes over there.

I slept in the same room as my parents, if somebody came in the room they would realise, my Dad is a very light sleeper in the best of cases. I know I wasn't left alone because I got to see them doing the same thing to my sister as she grew up.

Mine didn't, but on the other hand they didn't wander off to the pub/restaurant/anywhere else leaving me sleeping unattended either...

I've been saying that since day one! Even if he didn't kill her, it's possible he found her dead, panicked and hid the body in a state of shock!

What about when you're in the back garden, and mum goes in to get a drink? Left alone for 1 minute. A peado could grabbed you then.

To say your were watched over for every minute of every day is stupid. What about when you're riding home from school on your bike? Or going round mates house? Are you telling me parents locked you in a padded cell and forbid you from going out?

Yup, I slept in my parents bed until I was 9 years old :)

I DIDNT REALLY THAT WOULD ACTUALLY BE WEIRD LOLOL

I knew a mother who would shower with her son till he was nine, which I though was very strange. She would say "he seems to like spending a long time soaping my breasts" not realising what was going on.

FFS, give over. Simple fact remains that Madeline's parents were wrong leaving their kids in the way they did and unfortunately are going through a brutal time that could have been completely avoided.

Harping on about someone on here and how his parents looked after him doesn't prove or disprove anything about the Madeline case. Different circumstances, different environment, different parents.

I'm talking about when being on holiday here not back home, I consider my area a lot safer than a foreign country where i have a large amount of people close by looking out for me

Did your parents go to sleep at the same time as you when you were three? or did they, like most normal parents, stay up watching tv, talking, having a glass of wine maybe and just check on you every 30 minutes or so?

That is probably it - Gerry McCann, a Consultant Cardiologist encounters the dead body of his three year old daughter in her bedroom, panics and buries her 15 miles away before returning to finish his supper.

Yeah, right
