Also this point, much bigger point. you might iof missed the edit

so if 3rd place man has to make a pit stop after the sc. He will now have the 4th place right behind him and he will lose about 10places. where in fact before the SC he had over 1:20 to come in for a pit stop change his flat tyre or what ever and get out again still in 3rd. Stupid stupid rule.

I stand corrected, the FIA are that dumb. They could should have known that at about 20mins to go there wasnt time to restart and get 3/4 race.... bloody stupid stewards...
